Rates
The rate shown is the base rate for up to 4 people. Rates can be lower and higher based on the season & day of the week.
Additional guests above 4 guests are $40 / night up to a maximum of 6 guests.
Understanding that accommodations are limited for larger families. Accommodations can be made to allow families to have more than 6 guests as needed. Please contact us at chateaushadyloop@gmail.com or 905 304-5544 to discuss any special needs.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled up to 45 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% refund if cancelled 45 to 21 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% if cancelled within 21 days of the Check-in Date
Weather consideration
Consideration for refunds will be given for weather events that prevent access or intended use of the property. For example tropical storms, blizzards or no snow for snowmobiling.
Health consideration
Life happens. We have always worked with our guests if life events occur. Chateau Shady Loop refunded or rescheduled stays for all of our guests that have had to cancel for Covid or illness.
